Precautions
One of the main components of pedestrian walkway products is stainless steel. Stainless steel has good rust resistance (ability to resist atmospheric oxidation) and corrosion resistance (ability to resist corrosion in media containing acid, alkali and salt), but its corrosion resistance will change with its own chemical composition, use environment and other factors. In order to maintain the beauty of stainless steel and extend its service life, it needs to be maintained regularly.
Maintenance precautions are as follows:
1. Different specifications of stainless steel need to be selected in different use environments. 304 stainless steel can be selected in general environments, and 316 stainless steel is recommended for seaside, chemical plant and other environments.
2. Keep the product surface clean and dry.
3. When there is dirt on the surface of the product, it can be cleaned with non-woven cloth and alcohol.
4. When rust spots appear on the surface of the product, you can use a scouring pad (remember not to use a steel wire cleaning ball) to wipe back and forth along the grain until the rust spots are removed, and then wipe the entire gate with a non-woven fabric and stainless steel maintenance agent.
5. It is necessary to regularly wipe the gate with a non-woven fabric and stainless steel maintenance agent for maintenance. Generally, it is recommended to do it once a month, if the environment is relatively harsh (such as the seaside, chemical plant, etc.), it is recommended to do it once a week.
